1. General definitions
Jobiver: A platform connecting people in need of labor services with unskilled workers, possibly through agent intermediaries.User: Includes all individuals and organizations using the platform, including:- Customer: The one posting job listings.
- Worker: The one registering to find jobs and performing them.
- Agent: The intermediary who supports worker management.
Service: Includes all functions of the Jobiver platform, such as posting jobs, finding workers, payment support, reviews, complaints, etc. 2. Terms of use
Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Provide honest, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. Be responsible for content they post (job postings, profiles, comments…). Not use the platform for fraud, illegal purposes, unauthorized brokerage, scamming, or harming others.
3. Rights and obligations of parties

4. Content and prohibited behavior
Posting false, insulting, defamatory, or immoral content. Posting fake jobs, disguised recruitment, pyramid schemes, illegal brokerage. Sending spam or unauthorized ads through the platform. Collecting other users’ data unlawfully.
5. Jobiver’s rights to handle violations
Jobiver may suspend or delete accounts if users: Seriously violate these terms. Cause property damage, reputational harm, or legal risks. Are validly reported by multiple users. In special cases, Jobiver may cooperate with authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
Jobiver is an intermediary platform and is not directly responsible for job quality or personal conduct between parties. Jobiver will support dispute resolution, but cannot guarantee all outcomes.
7. Amendments & effectiveness of terms
Jobiver may update these terms at any time to reflect real situations. Amendments will be publicly announced. Continuing to use the service after changes means you agree.
