1. Purpose and Scope of Information Collection
Personal Information that the Jobiver Application collects from Users includes information that identifies the User, including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, ID number/CCCD number, passport number, nationality, address, email, phone number, username, login password, occupation, bank information, credit card information, residency status, IP address, device usage information, access history... and any information about the User that the User has provided to the Jobiver Application in registration forms or data when the User interacts during the use of the Jobiver Application, including chats, reviews, order information, etc.
These are the information that Jobiver requires Users to provide mandatorily when registering an account and using services on the application to ensure benefits for consumers.
The provision of Personal Information by the User is completely voluntary. The User will be solely responsible for the security and storage of all activities using services under their registered name, password, and email inbox. In addition, the User is responsible for promptly notifying the Jobiver Application of any unauthorized use, abuse, security breaches, or retention of the registered name and password by third parties to take appropriate resolution measures.
In addition to the Personal Information directly provided by the User to Jobiver, Jobiver may collect User Personal Information from various sources such as:
- Automatically collected through service usage:
- Information about the device used (device type, operating system, IP address, browser language, etc.)
- Access history, interaction behavior with the application/website (e.g., usage time, features used, clicks, etc.)
- Geographical location data if permitted by the user (IP address, information from Wi-Fi/mobile networks)
- Information from third parties:
- Payment partners (Gpay) may share information about transaction status, transaction code, user identifier to ensure payment completion or complaint handling
The Personal Information that the Jobiver Application collects from Users will be used for one or all of the following purposes:
- Identity verification and security assurance
- Authenticate users during registration, login, and platform usage.
- Prevent fraudulent, deceitful, or unauthorized use of the platform
- Connection and suitable service suggestions
- Suggest jobs, workers, or agents suitable based on skills, price, free time, and specific needs.
- Optimize the connection process among three parties: Customer – Worker – Agent.
- Support and customer care
- Contact when needing to confirm information, support job request processing, resolve complaints, or provide technical support.
- Send notifications related to jobs, accounts, or policy changes.
- Transaction management and financial activities
- Store and reconcile payment information, invoices, service usage history.
- Support refund processes, promotions, and payment dispute resolution.
- Personalize user experience
- Analyze usage behavior to improve interface, features, and usage processes.
- Suggest services, programs, or content suitable for personal habits and needs.
- Marketing and communication (if consented)
- Send notifications about promotions, exclusive offers, new feature updates, or content suitable for users.
- Run personalized ads based on usage behavior (may use cookies or similar technologies).
- Analysis and product development
- Collect aggregated data to evaluate operational efficiency, measure service quality, and improve the system.

2. Scope of Information Usage
Personal information of users collected by Jobiver will be used within the following scopes:
- Service provision: Account verification, connecting customers with suitable workers and/or agents, order processing, tracking and updating job status.
- Support and customer care: Sending notifications related to orders, supporting complaint handling, guiding platform usage.
- Transaction management: Storing, verifying, and reconciling deposit transactions, payments, refunds.
- Product improvement and user experience: Analyzing usage behavior to personalize content and enhance service quality.
- Communication and marketing (if consented): Sending notifications about promotions, new services, exclusive offers for users
Sharing information with third parties
- User personal information is only shared with third parties in the following cases:
- With the explicit consent of the user;
- When necessary to complete the service requested by the user;
- When there is a legal request from competent authorities.

Shared information: Full name, phone number, work location, order history of workers
Purpose: Personnel management, job assignment, training support, and service quality supervision.
(3) Related customers/workers in the order
Shared information:
Full name, phone number, service delivery address, profile photo
Purpose: Contact, confirm information, implement work, ensure safety and transparency during service usage.

4. Information Storage Time
Personal information and transaction data Jobiver will store user personal information in the system from the time the user registers an account until there is a specific account deletion request:
- Basic personal information (full name, phone number, email, ID/CCCD, bank account…)
- Stored for at least 5 years from the time the account ceases activity to serve tracing, fraud prevention, and related legal obligations.
- Transaction information (service booking history, payments, advances...)
- Stored for at least 10 years or according to specific legal regulations on accounting, tax, and finance.
- Technical data (cookies, access history, interactions on the platform)
- Stored for 12 months from the last access to optimize experience and analyze user behavior.
Cases of deletion of stored information
Stored personal information may be deleted or hidden from the system in the following cases:
- Upon user request:
- Users have the right to request permanent deletion of personal information or account closure.
- Jobiver will process the request within a maximum of 15 working days, except for information required to be stored by law.
- By Jobiver's decision:
- Accounts inactive for over 24 consecutive months may have unnecessary data deleted or hidden.
- Accounts violating terms of use, locked, or banned will have information deleted after the mandatory storage period (minimum 5 years).

6. Means and Tools for Users to Access and Edit Their Personal Data
Customers provide information by filling out the online form provided by the website.
When needing to edit personal data, customers
- Edit information directly:
- Users can log into their Jobiver account and use the “Account” function to update information such as: full name, phone number, address, password, profile picture, etc.
- Request to edit or delete data through the support department:
Users can submit a request through one of the following methods:
- Email: Send to Jobiver’s support email address support@jobiver.com, with the subject: “Request to edit personal data” and content specifying the information to be changed.
- Hotline: Contact directly via 0327 337 017 for guidance on processing.
- Submit a support request: Fill out the support request form in the “Help Center” section on the website/app.
All requests related to editing or deleting personal data will be received and processed by Jobiver as soon as possible, within a maximum of 72 working hours from receiving a complete and valid request.

7. Commitment to Protecting Customer Personal Information
Personal information of Users on the Jobiver Application is committed to absolute confidentiality by Jobiver in accordance with Jobiver’s personal information protection policy.
The collection and use of each User’s information are only carried out with the consent of that customer, except in cases specified by law.
Do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose to third parties the personal information of Users without their consent.
In case the information storage server is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of member personal data, Jobiver is responsible for notifying the incident to the competent authorities for timely investigation and handling and informing the Users.
Absolutely secure all online transaction information of Users, including digitized invoice and accounting document information, at Jobiver Application’s level 1 secure central data area.
The Jobiver Application management requires individuals registering as members to provide complete relevant personal information such as: full name, contact address, email, phone number, etc., and be responsible for the legality of that information.
The Jobiver Application management is not responsible and will not resolve any complaints related to the User’s rights if it is deemed that all personal information provided by the User during initial registration is inaccurate.
